Making Progress

The Hollywood will be a hub of activity for the next couple months. HVAC work will be taking place in preparation for the new air handling units we hope to install by the end of the year. In addition, electrical work is continuing and paint and plaster restoration has begun. For the past few years, most of our efforts and money has been tied up in the work 'behind the walls' - finally we are in the process of working on elements of the restoration that people can see and enjoy!
