AT THIS TIME, people that have any symptoms such as fever or any cold-like symptoms are asked to stay home. The theater will be sanitized before every performance.  Masks will be required in the common/public areas and the audience is asked to socially distance themselves in seats apart from other patrons.

If we receive any further recommendations or mandates from the Cattaraugus County Health Dept., we will pass them on to our patrons and change our protocols accordingly.

"The Son of the Sheik" is a 1926 American silent film directed by George Fitzmaurice starring Rudolph Valentino and Vilma Banky. The film is based on the 1925 romance novel of the same name by Edith Maude Hull.

"The Son of the Sheik" is Valentino's final film and went into general release nearly two weeks after his death from peritonitis at the age of 31.

In 2003, the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant."
