January 2011 Board of Directors Meeting

At this month's Board of Directors meeting, Board President Mark Burr presented Phase III Renovation plans. These will include construction of concrete ramps, repair of the metal fire escape stairs, repair of interior and exterior doors and plasterwork inside the Theater. These renovations will be paid from monies received from EPF #2 and bids will go out soon for construction.In other news, the firm of Wendel Dushscherer was selected as the design engineers for electrical, lighting and sprinkler system funded through the Restore New York grant received in 2009.
